Q. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel the order, please send an email to online_orders@saffroncup.com. Also note that once the
order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Hence, you have to act fast if you want the order
cancelled.

Q. How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
Once the bank confirms the payment, a receipt will be sent to your registered Email ID, confirming your
order. Also, you can check your dashboard on the website and click on ‘My Orders’ . You can always
track your order as well.

Q. What do I do if I don’t receive a confirmation mail?
If you haven’t received the mail, don’t hesitate to write to us on info@saffroncup.com. Please ensure
that you have checked your spam or trash box. If it’s not there, we will get back to you as soon as
possible.

Q. How long does it take for Saffron Cup to ship out the products?
W e hand blend our teas in small batches and it takes about 24 hours to ship out the products. It usually
takes around 5-7 days to be delivered to your doorstep.

Q. Is there any way in which I can change my Delivery address after an order has been placed?
Yes, you can change the address after an order has been placed by sending us a mail on
online_orders@saffroncup.com. But be sure that you change your address before the order has been
dispatched. Once it’s dispatched, it is not possible for us to change the address.

Q. How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
W e will be really sad to see you go! We try to keep our newsletter as informative and enjoyable as
possible. Hit the ‘Unsubscribe‘button on any one of our mails or Log In and go to ‘Newsletter
Subscriptions’ and Unsubscribe.

Q. Is my e-mail security assured?
Privacy is an issue that we take very seriously. We do not share your information with any third party
and try to keep our database very secure.

Q. How can I cancel my order?
If you want us to cancel your order, write to us with all your order details on
online_orders@saffroncup.com. We will cancel it as soon as possible. But we cannot cancel it if it has
been dispatched.

Q. How do you refund the money?
Once the order has been cancelled, the money will be debited back to your account within a week. If it
does not happen within a week, you can write to us at info@saffroncup.com

Q. What if I am not happy with the tea?
We try to insure that you get the tea of the highest quality. In order to preserve the freshness of our tea we vacuum pack it at the source and store it in a cool, dehumidified environment. We try to send the
highest quality tea at Saffron Cup! But if you are not happy with the product you can write to us and we
will surely try to get rid of the problem. If not we will definitely send you another package. Customer
satisfaction matters a great deal to us!

Q. Can I return my order?
We can get you another package if you are not happy with the first one but you can’t return the order.
Tea is a perishable good and loses its flavor when exposed. Hence compromising the freshness. So we
don’t do returns.

Q. Is it necessary to have an account to buy?
No, it’s not necessary to have an account in order to purchase tea from our website. But, It helps in easy checkout and keeping track of the order. Also, you get recommendations from us about various deals
and offers.
