We try to send the highest quality tea at Saffron Cup! But if you are not happy with the product you can write to us and we will surely try to get rid of the problem. If not we will definitely send you another package. Customer satisfaction matters a great deal to us!

We can get you another package if you are not happy with the first one but you can’t return the order. Tea is a perishable good and loses its flavor when exposed. Hence compromising the freshness. So we don’t do returns.
